Gary Lutz

base in a series of high profile IT consulting positions before opening IT Resource with Leo Reap in 2000. Gary's strongest assets include working in Microsoft, Cisco, EMC, HP and VMware solutions, all of which he holds certifications in. Customers appreciate Gary's passion for working hard to make sure they are receiving the best possible solution for their individual situation.

James Czerew

James Czerew is a technology consultant, entrepreneur, instructor, as well as an active board member in many local technology, business, and non-profit organizations.
He is currently the Owner and Senior Consultant of a technology security company (TechConnect, LLC) which he started after working in the enterprise healthcare industry as a Network/Security Engineer.
TechConnect believes your company's technology should be stable, secure, and elegant. All of TechConnect's solutions are designed with security as a top priority which allows you to worry less about technology and focus more on building your business.
James graduated from Davenport University with dual Bachelor Degree Majors in Network Engineering and Network Security. He also taught advanced Network Security & Wireless Security courses at DU for 3 years.
He is regular speaker on the topic of Technology, Network Security, and Business Innovation.
James was a co-founder and past-President of the WMCUG (West Michigan Cisco Users Group), was recently the past-President of the GR-ISSA (Information Systems Security Association), currently serves on the aimWest Board as Vice-President and Chair of Technology, and is also the Director of Technology for the board of the NPFWM (National Parkinson Foundation of West Michigan).

James is currently the Security Architect as Spectrum Health tasked with setting the enterprise security  and compliance strategy and  mapping those requirements to the appropriate risk models.  In the past he has been in charge of privacy and compliance oversight for GE Health Care’s hosted data centers in North America and EMEA along with a specific focus on  European and Japanese  compliance requirements.

He is also a published author and has been a keynote speaker on  compliance and privacy requirements in the Midwest with a specific focus on Breach notification requirements .

Tom has more than 20 years of experience in information technology. An (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security (CISSP), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Professional, Tom’s expertise includes all aspects of design, implementation and operational support for enterprise security services. 

Tom’s job responsibilities as senior manager include actively collaborating with Life Sciences & Health Care clients served by the Enterprise Risk Services segment of Deloitte & Touche. Client engagements have included security and compliance program assessments, consultation of existing security, compliance and resiliency programs as well as serving as Interim Chief Information Security Officer for a major health care provider and plan.
